1) Open your SmartAC.com app on the homepage click on the bottom on the right corner on “Account." Click on “HARDWARE” > “Devices” .

2) After clicking on Devices, you will see your hub and the 3 or more sensors connected to it. On the left side you will see the battery life followed by the signal strength. Tap on the sensor you want to replace batteries.

3) Once you have selected your sensor, look for “Battery Level” > “Replace”.

4) At the bottom of your screen, click “Replace."

5) You will be asked if you have the supported batteries, Press "Yes” if you do. If you do not have the supported batteries you would press "No" and see the options you have for purchasing batteries. The "SmartAC.com Batteries" link can take you directly to the SmartAC.com online store.

If you do not have supported batteries, and have selected "No"

6) Once you have replaced the batteries, click on “Verify New Batteries” and you will be redirected to “Verifying Sensor” page which can take up to 90 seconds.

7) Once complete, it will show a “Sensor Verified” screen.
