Upon logging into the Dashboard, you will want to navigate to the Technician tab by clicking the “hat” icon on the tabs at the top of the dashboard screen. When selected, the icon will turn light blue.
You can View Technician Information, install stats, video call status, and program status, add new technicians, or deactivate past technicians.
