Accessing Attachments
To access approved attachments, click the Files icon within the SmarterProctoring toolbar.
A menu will appear displaying any attachments provided by the instructor. Clicking on a specific attachment in the menu will open the attachment in a new window. You can open multiple attachments on the screen simultaneously.
If no attachments have been provided, the Files button will not appear on the toolbar.
Working with Attachments
Moving
Click and hold the dots located in the center of the attachment window's title bar. Drag the window to the desired location, then release the mouse button.
Hiding
Click the arrow icon on the attachment window to hide it. To restore the attachment, click the arrow icon again.
Closing
Click the X icon in the top-right corner of the attachment window to close it.
Searching
Click the magnifying glass icon, then enter the text you want to search for within the attachment.
