With SmartRent, you can simplify the process of booking amenities at your SmartRent properties. Residents can effortlessly reserve and access a variety of amenities directly through the SmartRent app. Meanwhile, property staff can efficiently manage access, monitor usage, and handle additional tasks—all from the convenience of their SmartRent account.
To get started:
Log into SmartRent [add link] and select the property
Select Amenities on the left-hand side
Select Create Amenity in the upper right hand corner and add in the amenity info, like the name, location, available hours, guest capacity and more! Plus, add photos to show to residents.
Once complete, click Save. Now, you can see the amenities on your dashboard.
From here, you can adjust hours and availability, and even remove the amenity
On the same dashboard, you will be able to view and adjust resident reservations.
