The Asset Protection Dashboard displays real-time, detailed leak alert information, including the total number of leaks per location. The data available allows site teams to be more proactive when managing leak sensors and leak alerts.
Accessing the dashboard:
To access the Asset Protection Dashboard in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click on the Reports tab at the top of the page
Click Asset Protection from the left sidebar menu
The Asset Protection dashboard shows the following data:
Property Filter: A dropdown of all communities within the organization, with the option to filter down to specific community data
Graph: A view of the total number of all-time leaks, categorized by the location of the leak sensor specified work orders
Total Open Leak Alerts: The real-time number of open leak alert work orders
Total Verified Leaks: Total real-time leak alert work orders that have not been marked as a false positive (if a leak has been verified, it means it has been determined to be valid and requires maintenance to resolve)
Days Before First Leak Detected (Average): Average number of days (in real-time) from when a leak sensor was installed to when that sensor detected its first leak
Total Affected Floors if Verified Leaks Were Uncaught: Total (all-time) count of units with a verified leak on each floor
