Features
Organizational Dashboards 1.0 - Organizational Dashboards are a great way to illustrate our services’ continued value to your community and your residents. Organizational Administrators will now have access to real-time data for their properties. Organizational Dashboards 1.0 will include the following dashboards:
Asset Protection - The Asset Protection Dashboard highlights the maintenance benefits of leak sensors by displaying real-time, detailed leak alert information, including the total amount of leaks per location, which allows users to be more proactive when managing leak sensors and leak alerts.
Resident - The Resident Dashboard displays the percentage of residents currently engaged with the SmartRent Resident App, as well as the total number of residents who have moved-in since your organization was created in the SmartRent platform, and are currently moved-in residents. It provides the Organizational Administrators with insight into leasing metrics and the extent to which residents are engaging with SmartRent’s services.
Tours - The Tours Dashboard will only be visible if your community has the Self-Guided Tours Product enabled at one or more communities. This dashboard will show the total number of tours scheduled, the total number of prospects created, the average number of tours per prospect, the average number of tours per unit, and details about who uses Tour Now to sign up for Self-Guided Tours.
Bug Fixes
Unable To Add Salto Locks - Some Salto locks do not appear in the dropdown menu during the installation process. This bug fix corrects that problem, so the lock is now visible and able to be selected.

Features
Prospect Blocking - We have added the capability for site teams to block prospects from booking subsequent tours. This feature saves you time and resources that would normally be dedicated to managing bad actors who have failed to adhere to your community’s code of conduct.
Choose a reason for blocking prospect, then confirm the course of action (IMG 1)
In the Prospects tab of the Tours table, you can filter prospects by Blocked or Active status (IMG 2)
Previously blocked prospects can be unblocked. At the time of unblocking, you can note the reason for your records (IMG 3)

Features
Improved App Login Experience - Until now, toggles for “Stay Logged In” and biometric login were located under Menu > Settings > Login & Security > Sign In Preferences. Now, residents will experience the added convenience of being presented with both options when they view the login screen. These features can still be accessed under Settings.
Added Information on SmartRent’s Privacy Practices to the App Tour - We have added screens to the Resident App tour that links to the full Data & Privacy Policy.
Improved the App Tour Navigation - The number of screens in the Resident App tour has increased with the addition of the Privacy Policy statements. We don’t want this to be a barrier to residents completing a tour, so we changed the navigation style. Previously, there were back and forward arrows in the top navigation bar. Now, the menu has been changed to a Back / Next / Finish style with swipe controls to allow residents to navigate screens with one hand.
Made the More/Add Button More User-Friendly (iOS) - Residents want to be able to easily navigate and perform actions within the app. Currently, the Access, Automations, and Scenes screens have a + button in the top right corner to add guests, create Scenes, and create Automations, respectively. We have replaced them with a larger, floating + button at the bottom right corner to be more accessible and consistent throughout the in-app experience.
Devices and the iOS App Now Sync Faster - As a result of behind-the-scenes enhancements, iOS devices will experience quicker and more reliable communication between devices and the app. Similar enhancements were made to the Android app in previous releases.

Delivery Code Being Assigned to All of a Resident’s Homes - This fixes an issue where if a resident had more than one home with SmartRent technology and created a delivery code, the delivery code would appear on the Access screen, regardless of which home they were viewing. The delivery code now only appears on the Access screen of the home where it was originally created.
Access Codes Remaining Active After Being Revoked In Some Instances - This fixes an issue where if a home had multiple registered residents, and one resident revoked the access of a guest, the guest pass would still display on the other residents’ My Access screens. Revoking a guest pass now removes it from the My Access page of all registered residents.
Running A Scene From The Main Dashboard Causing A Stuck Screen - This fixes an issue where the splash screen acknowledging what device actions were in a Scene would get stuck. The splash screen now appears long enough for the resident to review and then returns the user to the dashboard.
WiFi Network Search Results Appearing Before Completing Search - This fixes an issue where on certain smartphones, the WiFi network search results screen would appear prematurely. Because the search had not started nor completed, the resident would be shown an empty list of WiFi networks. The app now waits to display the results of the WiFi network search until the search has been completed.
New Schedules For Offline Devices Only Show After Refreshing the Screen - This fixes an issue where residents would not see a new Schedule for offline thermostats or window shades in the Schedule List immediately after creating it. Residents had to navigate to the Device screen, then return to the Schedules screen to see a new Schedule. The Schedule screen now immediately shows the new Schedule.

iPhone SE 1st Generation Now Supported - The Resident App did not support the iPhone SE 1st Generation smartphone, yet residents were still able to download and use it. A recent release made it so that the app would crash when launched. Backend changes have been made so that iPhone SE models will be supported going forward and the app no longer crashes at launch.
