Once Alloy Parking has been enabled for your community, there are a number of settings you can customize to make the parking experience more uniquely yours. To access the Parking General Settings Page in SmartRent:

If your community utilizes parking sensors, the Sensor Alerts section lets you customize the time threshold before an alert is sent to staff members with the proper permissions. The chosen time frame in this section is the amount of time guests have to check-in with parking after the sensor in their parking space detects their vehicle. If a guest has not checked-in in the allotted time frame, staff will be alerted. The threshold can be set anywhere between zero and ten minutes. This can be set separately between check-in and check-out. Once you’ve selected your threshold options, click the Save button to save your settings.

The Guest Parking Web Theme Settings allows you to customize the parking experience for your guests. In this section, you can upload an image of your community, edit the name of your community, and even customize the primary color visible to guests during their check-in/check-out processes. Once you’ve input all your selections, click the Save button to save your settings.
