If a prospect is already in your database and you need to manually invite them to a Self-Guided Tour, you can easily do so in SmartRent. To invite a prospect to a tour, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click on Tours in the left sidebar menu
Click the Prospects tab towards the top of the page
Choose the prospect from the list
Click Add a New Tour
Choose whether or not you want to Require Geolocation
This setting would require prospects be within a specified distance to the community before receiving any tour details
Click Continue
Choose to allow the prospect to pick units to tour or manually select particular units for them
If you let the prospect decide, the prospect would also have the ability to choose Date & Time of their tour
If you select specific units for them, you can also choose the time of the tour, make the tour available now, or leave the Date & Time up to the prospect
Click Continue
Review the summary of the prospect and tour information
Click Invite Prospect to Tour
