How Do I Customize the Schedule Settings for Self-Guided Tours?

Use the schedule section to determine your community’s tour schedule. The schedule is customizable making it easier to schedule tours at the most convenient times for your community and prospects.

Customizing Schedules:

To customize your Self-Guided Tour Schedules in SmartRent, follow these steps:

  1. Click your desired Community

  2. Click Settings from the left sidebar menu

  3. Click Tours

  4. Click Schedule

  5. Make desired updates

  6. Click Save

Explanation of features in order:

  • Tours Per Unit allows you to determine how many prospects can view the same home at once (per time slot)

  • Tour Duration allows you to determine how long an access code is active for

  • Post Tour Buffer will block 15-60 minutes between each scheduled tour session

  • Early Access will allow the prospect to view their code 15 minutes before their tour begins

  • Waiting List allows prospects to opt in for unit availability notifications

  • Set a custom schedule Monday-Sunday for times in which you would like tours to be scheduled (these can be adjusted at anytime)
