Typically, most work orders will be created, completed, and managed in your company’s desired property management system. That said, there are times where you may find yourself needing to create new work orders within SmartRent.
Please note, work orders and work order changes made in SmartRent will not be pushed to your property management system. Work orders created, completed, and changed in your property management system, however, will push into SmartRent. This means work orders created in a property management system will need to be managed and completed in that system and work orders created in SmartRent will need to be completed in SmartRent.
