The Honeywell TH8320ZW Thermostat communicates with SmartRent’s internet-connected hub, allowing you to monitor and manage a home’s climate remotely via SmartRent Manager Web or SmartRent Manager Mobile. If a Honeywell TH8320ZW Thermostat is installed in a resident’s home, they will be able to monitor and manage their climate with the SmartRent App and the Resident Web Portal once they are moved-in. Once occupied, however, community managers and site teams will no longer be able to access the thermostat’s readings or settings.
Mounting the Thermostat:
Before the thermostat can be included into the system, it first needs to be wired and installed. Refer to the installation manual that came with the thermostat for proper wiring and installation instructions. Before performing any work involving heating and cooling systems, it is always recommended to consult with your local HVAC professional.
Including the Thermostat:
Now that the Honeywell TH8320ZW Thermostat is installed, it can be included into the home’s Z-Wave network.

Current Temp and Current Humidity may take 10-15 minutes to report the states to SmartRent
