If you are receiving the error in diagnostics on an inevitable return, you need to uninstall and reinstall any states attached to the return.

To uninstall and reinstall state packages:

On the Tools menu, select Utilities/Setup Options.
In the Utility program, on the Tools menu, select Uninstall Modules.
Select the states and packages to be uninstalled.
In the Utility program, on the Tools menu, select Install Module Updates.
Reinstall the states that were just uninstalled.

If the problem persists, please call customer support.

This information applies to all years of the Taxwise software.
