To upload your clients' files to the SmartWiz CRM, you should follow these steps:
Sign in to your account and click on "Home."
Then, click on either "Total Clients" or "New Clients."
You will see a table listing all clients. Click on the downward arrow to open more information on the client.
Click on "View Profile."
In the client's profile, click on the "Documents" tab.
Here, you can click on "Add new document."
In the pop-up window, you'll have the option to 'Select Tax Year' and 'Select Form Type.'
Choose the appropriate form type from the list, which includes options like W2, 1098E, 1098T, 1040, and others.
After selecting the form type and tax year, you can proceed to upload the document.
If you encounter any issues with the upload process, such as the upload taking a long time, you can refresh the computer screen to resolve the issue.
Please note that currently, there is no function to reset client passwords within the CRM. However, clients can navigate to the 'Forgot password' link under the sign-in button at the SmartWiz login page and follow the prompts to reset their password.
