Step-by-Step Guide
If you need to resend the eSignature link to your client and their status shows as ‘Sent’, ‘Failed’, ‘Expired’, etc, simply click on eSignature to resend the link.
A notice will appear informing you of additional charges for recreating the request. These charges will be billed to SmartWiz as the Service Bureau, so click Yes to proceed.
If you’re simply resending the eSignature, complete the process as usual. If your client is experiencing issues with eSignatures after granting permission(or if it’s already included in your engagement letter), you can select On Preparer’s Device and complete the signing process for the client, ERO, and preparer.
Click Submit.
Now you will complete the signing process for the client, ERO, and preparer.
