To resolve this issue, the taxpayer must select E-File Only instead of Bank Products 3Fund.
Error Given: On the 3Fund bank application, the taxpayer is not eligible for a bank product because the federal refund, after fees are deducted, is less than $1, or one of the fees listed on the application is negative.
