What is the Drake Pay Manager?

Drake Pay Manager is an online platform that enables EROs to monitor and review transactions processed through Drake Pay. Once an ERO applies for Drake Pay, they can grant access to specific preparers by enabling the Drake Pay Manager feature in the Drake User Manager.

How to Enable Access

To provide access to the Drake Pay Manager:

  1. Log in to the Drake User Manager using your credentials.

  2. Ensure you have Admin privileges to make changes.

  3. Navigate to Manage Accounts.

  4. Select the appropriate user and click Application Access.

  5. From the dropdown menu, choose Drake Pay Manager.

  6. Assign the appropriate role and click Submit.

Once access is granted, the application will appear under the user's Applications tab.

Navigating the Drake Pay Manager

After access is set up, users can launch the application from the Drake User Manager or go directly to the Drake Pay Manager portal.

Upon logging in, users will see a list of transactions displayed in a structured format, including details such as date, status, and transaction amount. Filters and search options are available to help locate specific transactions.

To view more details about a transaction, simply click on its row.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is necessary, select the transaction and click the Refund button, located in the bottom-left corner of the Transaction Details page.

Handling Declined Transactions

If a transaction is declined, an alert message will appear within the transaction window.

The Transaction Details section will indicate that the transaction was unsuccessful.
