Locating the Splash Screen

The splash screen is located in the video upload area.

You can scroll down in the video upload area to set the Splash Screen. This is the first screen that your viewer sees. Click the pen to edit.

This will bring up the splash screen edit screen. Here you can click to upload or drag and drop images for your first screen.

Selecting an image for the background

In the background window you can edit the first image that the viewer sees. You may wish to keep this as the default start screen of your video, or you may wish to upload your own specified image. You can drag and drop an image into the window, click to upload a file or upload via URL. Remember to upload different formats for mobile and desktop, using the ratio settings.

Add a call-to-action icon so your viewers know to click and interact

To the right you will see a box labelled 'Replay Icon'. Here you can choose a call-to-action icon that will encourage viewers to click play on your interactive video. You can choose from default icons or upload your own. Including a call-to-action is a great idea as it persuades viewers engage in your video content.

Add titles to describe your video

You can add a text to your first screen by scrolling down to the 'Details' section of the Splash Screen. Here you can type out titles and subtitles to describe what your video is about.

Editing the Splash Screen will effectively introduce your product to your audience!
