Locating the Replay Screen

The End Screen is located in the video upload area. This is the last part of the experience that the customer sees.

Click the pen icon next to the End Screen to edit.

Editing the End Screen background

You can change the last image that your viewer sees. This can be done by clicking the image in the background box, here you can drag and drop in a new image, upload a file or import using a URL. Remember that you can upload the end screen images for a variety of ratios, by using the ratio settings. You can leave the default as the final frame of your video if you wish.

Editing the replay icon to encourage viewers to re-watch

To the right, there is a box labeled 'Replay Icon'. Here you will find a drop-down labeled 'Header Icon'. You can choose from default icons that will show on top of your last frame to encourage your viewer to replay your video. You can also upload your own image.

Inputting a title to describe your video

You can add text to your final screen to provide more detail about your video.

Enabling a CTA button

You can enable this option to add an extra CTA button to the end screen and give the users the opportunity to go to another page.

Add a product carousel to encourage re-exploration

Using a product carousel at the end of your video is a great way to encourage viewers to re-explore your products and maybe even convince them to make a purchase. Depending on what ratio you are using (widescreen, vertical or square, located at the very top of the screen next to 'Preview') you may want to adjust the number of products displayed to optimise the viewing experience.

We recommend using the following for each ratio:

16:9: 4

1:1: 2

9:16: 1

You can change the mode for this field by using the drop down in the top right corner next to the 'PREVIEW' Button.
