Access Requests are aimed to limit access to student personal data and system features as well as for providing access according to position at GUS and tracking permissions granted.
In order to make an access request, visit https://sms.gus.global/admin/request_access and submit the form according to the procedure.
If you’re not sure which access level to request, you can match it to a colleague in your department.
When creating your access request, please include:
Name and email of a colleague whose access level is similar to what you need
We’ll use this as a reference to make sure you get the right permissions from the start.
After you submit access request, you will receive an email with Access Request ID

Do not forget that the request should first be approved by Monika Kaletova or Ashley Hards, and then the SMS Support Team will be able to provide you with the access required. Please note that the procedure will take some time.
