To cancel your Snappic subscription, please get in touch with us over chat or via e-mail at support@snappic.io so we can assist in closing your account.

Alternatively, you can delete the Snappic app from your Shopify store under 'Apps' to cancel your subscription. Scroll down and find 'Snappic - Instagram Ads' and click 'Delete'.
