Unless you have the “declined payment” notification in the dashboard, you can assume that your Facebook ads are running.

If you see this notification, follow the prompt to add an updated credit card.
How to check if your Facebook ads are running in the Facebook Ads Manager
We’d be happy to add you to the campaign directly through the Facebook Business Manager so that you can run more in-depth reports and see more metrics.
In order to add you to your campaign on Facebook, send your Business Manager ID to one of our chat representatives. They will then add you to your Facebook Ads account to check the status directly in Facebook.
