What is the Activity Tab?


The Activity tab provides you with complete transparency into your store's performance and operational data. This tab allows you to:

  • View Product Statistics: Gain insights into how your products are performing, including sales numbers and trends.

    • The Product Reel feature is designed to help you visually track the performance of all the items in your store. Each item is ranked against the others, allowing you to easily see which products are best-sellers. Additionally, the number of times each item has been sold is displayed on the picture for quick reference

  • Track Real-Time Store Sessions: Monitor recipient activity and engagement within your store in real-time.

    • Compare key metrics against the previous seven days, including:

      • Store sessions (7d): Number of sessions and percentage change.

      • Ordered items (7d): Number of items ordered and percentage change.

      • Product views (avg.): Average product views and percentage change.

  • Notify Users: Send direct notifications to recipients regarding store updates, promotions, or important information.

  • Send Reminders: Automate and send reminder notifications to encourage recipient engagement and action within the store.

By utilizing the features within the Performance (Activity) tab, you can effectively monitor and optimize your store's performance, ensuring a positive experience for your recipients.
