Follow these 3 easy steps to get your store running smoothly

Welcome aboard! ⛵

Follow these 3 easy steps to get your store running smoothly.

1️⃣ Adding Recipients to your Swag Store

Let's get your Swag store ready by adding the recipients you want to reward. This is the first step towards building a successful program!

Why add recipients?

Adding your recipients allows you to easily distribute points they can use to purchase items from your Swag store.

Can I sync my recipients from my Snappy Dashboard to the Swag Store?
Not at this time. However, you can download your recipients list from the main Recipients tab from the Dashboard and use the same file to upload it to the Swag Store if needed.

What information do you need?

We need some basic information to create profiles for your recipients.

  • Required fields: First Name, Last Name, Email Address

  • Optional: Department, Country, Birthdate, Start Date

How to add recipients

You have three convenient ways to add recipients to your store:

  1. Add Manually:

    • This option is perfect for adding a few recipients quickly.

    • Simply enter the required and optional information directly into the system.

  2. Import CSV:

    • This is the fastest way to add a large number of recipients.

    • You can download our CSV template here: employees template.csv

    • Fill in the template with your recipient information and upload it to your store.

  3. Sync HRIS*:

    • If you have a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), you may be able to sync it with our platform.

    • *Contact our support team to see if your HRIS is compatible.

Once you've successfully added your recipients, you're ready for the next step. ➡️

2️⃣ Set Your Budget

Now that you've added your recipients, let's talk about how much they can spend in your Swag store!

Understanding Points/Gifts

  • Our store uses "points" as currency. 1 point = 1 USD.

    • In a Point-Based Store, admins reward users with points. These points are added to the users' wallets, and they can use them to make purchases within the store.

    • In a Gift-Based Store, admins reward users with gifts instead of points. Each gift corresponds to one item in the store, so the budget for a gift store will be by the most expensive item in the store.

Managing Your Budget

Add or withdraw points/gifts individually or in bulk. This means that you can choose to either make changes individually on a case-by-case basis or simultaneously reward multiple recipients through a single action. The choice is yours, depending on what works best for your needs and the scope of the changes you need to make.
