Integrating BambooHR with your Store dashboard enables automatic synchronization of your company's people data, streamlining your user management.
Benefits:
Automatically add people from your company to your Store.
Automatically remove people from your Store when they are removed from BambooHR.
Setup Instructions
1️⃣ Access Store Dashboard: Open your Store dashboard in a new tab and navigate to the Points tab
2️⃣ Initiate HRIS Sync:
Click the "Upload people" button → "Sync HRIS"
3️⃣ Select BambooHR: Choose the "BambooHR" integration.
4️⃣ Configure Integration Details:
Provide your BambooHR subdomain.
Optional: To sync specific users only, enter a Report ID. Otherwise, all data will be synced. This field is not required.
5️⃣ Authorize Access:
Click "Integrate."
You will be prompted to provide your BambooHR access information to allow data synchronization.
Note: Your Store will not have access to your BambooHR username and password.
6️⃣ Synchronization Complete
Once the initial sync is finished, your employees will appear in your Store dashboard.
Data will continue to sync automatically on a recurring basis.
Please allow a few hours for people added in BambooHR to appear in your Store.
