When will I receive my order?

We work with a variety of brands, official suppliers, and distributors. As Sneakmart is still a relatively young platform, we have not yet fully automated order processing and shipping with all our partners, but we’re actively working on it. This explains the delays you might experience with some orders. Improvements are coming in the next few months.
You’ll find an estimated shipping date for your order in your purchase confirmation within the app. If the estimated time has passed, don’t worry, you should receive an email with your tracking number very soon.
