Why Did My Card Purchase Fail?

While we are pleased to offer purchases through Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, the decision to allow the transaction is ultimately with the card issuer. Some common reasons why a deposit may be declined include:

  • A mismatch between the billing address on your card and the address registered to your SpinQuest account

  • Incorrect card details (including the expiration date and CVV number/security code on the card)

  • Insufficient funds to cover the transaction

  • Internal policies by the card issuer blocking certain online transactions

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept purchases from Discover cards at this time.

We recommend ACH bank transfers as an alternative to card deposits, as well as Apple Pay for our iPhone/iPad users
