On SpinQuest, only SweepsCoins are redeemable for rewards
To redeem your SweepsCoins, follow these steps:
Access Your Account: Log in to your SpinQuest account.
Navigate to the Transactions Section: Locate the "Transactions" section on the right-hand side of the screen or on Mobile via your account drop down on the top right.
On desktop: Find the "Transactions" section on the right-hand side of the screen.
On mobile: Open the account dropdown menu in the top-right corner and select "Transactions."
Go to the "Redeem" area: This area will show you how much Sweepcoins you currently have that are eligible for redemption
Note: SweepsCoins must be moved from the Vault to the Wallet before they can be redeemed.
Ensure Eligibility: Verify that you have fulfilled the required playthrough criteria for your coins:
1x playthrough for coin package purchases.
3x playthrough for promotional coins.
Select Your Reward: Browse the available options and choose the reward you wish to redeem.
Confirm Redemption: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your selection and complete the process.
Make sure to review your balance and meet the playthrough requirements to enjoy a smooth redemption process. Once approved, the time to receive your redemption depends on your redemption method. Please see our article here for more information on timescales for receiving your redemption.
Processing Times and Conditions
Debit Card:
Maximum: 500 SweepsCoins per redemption.
Processing Time: Typically up to 5 minutes.
Bank Transfer (ACH):
Maximum: 5,000 SweepsCoins per redemption.
Processing Time: Typically 2–5 business days.
Note: Bank transfers are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.
Redemption Limits and Methods
Minimum Redemption: 50 SweepsCoins per transaction.
Maximum Redemption: 5,000 SweepsCoins per transaction.
Frequency: One redemption per day.
First Redemption: Must be completed via Bank Transfer.
Subsequent Redemptions: Can be completed via Bank Transfer or Debit Card.
