Once your redemption is completed, the time to receive your redemption will depend on your payment method:
Debit Card redemptions generally take up to 5 minutes to process after approval. A maximum of 500 SweepsCoins can be redeemed per Debit Card transaction. Please note: Apple Pay and Credit Cards can only be used for purchases, and cannot be used for redemptions.
Bank Transfers typically take 2-5 business days to process after approval. Additionally, they do not process on weekends or bank holidays, which may impact the timing of when the funds appear in your bank account. A maximum of 5,000 SweepsCoins can be redeemed per Bank Transfer transaction.
You can redeem once per day, with a minimum prize redemption limit of 50 SweepsCoins and a maximum of 5,000 SweepsCoins. Please note: the first redemption requested on your account must be through a bank transfer.
