You must click the Redeem Available Commission button in the Affiliate section of your account to receive any commission awarded, and your payouts do not carry a playthrough requirement.
As a quick reminder, your referral commission is calculated using the following formula:
(Game edge × total coins played ÷ 2) × 20%
