1

Navigate to the "Data" tab.

2

Press the + button to select a metric to see the data for.

3

In this example we'll choose "Margarita Sales".

4

Once a metric is chosen, you'll see the Date field appear. Click it to select the data range you wish to view data for.

5

Once pressed, a date picker will appear. You can either use the quick selection options on the left to quickly pick a date, or manually specify a start and end date by choosing a date from the calendars. In this example we'll set the start date to October 1, 2023.

6

And we'll set the end date to March 20, 2024.

7

Once the date range is selected, you will see the data appear in the bar chart below, as well as a table below it with more info.

You'll also see boxes right below the top bar with helpful quick aggregate values of the Sum, Average, Count, Minimum, and Maximum.

8

You can also drill down to more specific data, in this example we'll choose one specific store to see the data for. Start by clicking the + icon to the right of the date range picker, and select "Store".

9

Now you can see the stores to choose from that have data in the date range specified. In this example we'll choose Store 1121.

10

Click "Done" when you've finished making your selections.

11

The data will now show for only that selected store.

12

Another helpful way you can visualize data in the chart is by selecting the operator, which will let you choose between Sum, Average, Count, Minimum, and Maximum.

13

In this selection we chose "Average". The chart will update with each new selection you choose.

14

Choosing "Count" will display the data like this, and so on for the other operator functions.

15

The table at the bottom will help you see exactly where each data point is coming from, the ID, metric, operator, the exact date it occurred at, and the filter, in this case Store.
