1
Start by navigating to the Crowds tab.
2
Click into the Crowd you wish to manage properties for.
3
Click the "Properties" tab once inside a crowd.
4
From here, you can manage various crowd properties. You'll notice fields like Name, Email, Crowd Status, Boolean, Employee ID, Hire Date, etc.
5
To change a boolean value, click inside the cell field. Boolean values can be set to True, False, or Not Set.
6
In this example we set it from false to true, so you can now see that the Boolean status for the first user Alice Barnes is set to True.
7
You can also edit Employee ID numbers in this table.
8
By again clicking into the cell for employee ID, in this example we corrected Alice Barnes' ID to 1231.
9
Lastly, you can also manage the Hire Date, in case it was entered incorrectly originally.
10
You can update this date by either manually typing it in, or clicking the calendar icon and choosing from the date picker.
11
Lastly, you will also notice a red trash can icon when hovering over some of the items in this table.
12
You will see this confirmation screen when you press the trash can icon to delete a property. Or, if you pressed it by mistake you can choose Cancel and no change will be made.
