Introduction
Purpose: This article explains the Ambassador Invite Section, where you can manage the direct invites.
Context: The Ambassador Invite Section is the central location for sending direct invites, skipping the application process. It allows you to monitor the success rate of your invitations.
Overview
The main page of the Ambassador Invite Section displays key metrics, including :
Number of invitations sent though email and SMS
Number of ambassadors who joined
There are three ways to send invites:
Individual Invite
Email
SMS
Bulk Invite
CSV File Upload
How to Send a Direct Invite
On the SL Admin Portal, click on Recruitment > Ambassador Invite.
Click on the '+ Send Invite' button located in the top right corner.
On the pop-up window, you will enter the details to direct invite ambassadors. Fill in as follows:
Select Web Onboarding: Select 'Onboarding Questions'.
Note: If you have multiple Onboarding forms, select the specific one for the ambassador you're inviting.
Email Address / Phone Number
Promo Code (Optional)
Tags (Optional)
Starting Points (Optional)
Click on 'Invite' to finalize the process.
The ambassador will receive the email or SMS with the link to register for your ambassador Program.
How to Bulk Direct Invite
Use this method if you have dozens or hundreds of ambassadors you'd like to direct invite to the Ambassador Program.
On the SL Admin Portal, click on Recruitment > Ambassador Invite.
Click on the '+ Send Invite' button located in the top right corner.
On the pop-up window, click on 'Bulk Invite'.
Download the Template file by clicking on 'Download'.
Fill the spreadsheet with your ambassadors' data.
Click on 'Upload' and select the filled template file.
Select the following options:
Allow Duplicate Invites - Select 'Yes' for sending the invite again to people who has already been invited. Select 'No' to skipped these ambassadors.
Select Web Onboarding - Select 'Onboarding Questions' or the specific form.
Review the info on the grid and hit 'Invite'.
How to Manage Invites
All approved applications are also stored in the Ambassador Invite Section. To view details or manage invitations:
Click on Recruitment > Ambassador Invite.
Click on View Details to access the list.
You can check out the following information on the list:
Email/Phone
Status
Used - Ambassador has already registered for the program.
Unused - The ambassador hasn't register yet.
Invite Method
Directly Invited - The ambassador has been directly invited to the program.
Accepted Applicant - The ambassador has applied and has been accepted by a SL Admin to join the program.
Sent Date - This is the date the ambassador has been accepted or invited.
Promo Code
Join Date - The date the ambassador has registered for the program.
Tip: Use filters (e.g., name, email) to locate specific invites.
Click on the filter icon on the top right-corner of the View Details window.
Select the information (status, invite method, etc).
Hit 'Apply Filter'.
