Manually Attributing or Reassigning Sales to Ambassadors

Introduction

  • Purpose: This article explains how to manually attribute, reassign, or update sales for ambassadors.

  • Context: Occasionally, sales need to be adjusted, reassigned, or corrected manually. This process ensures accuracy and transparency in ambassador profiles.

Viewing and Managing Sales

To View Existing Sales:

  1. Navigate to Ambassador Management Ambassador List.

  2. Use the Filter option to locate the ambassador.

  3. Open the ambassador's profile and go to Add/Remove Sale Sales.

  4. Use the search or filter options to review specific sales records.

Manually Attribute a Sale

To Add a New Sale to an Ambassador:

  1. In the ambassador's profile, click on Add/Remove Sale.

  2. Under the Attribute Sale tab, complete the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Order Date

    • Quantity of Units on Order

    • Transaction Amount

    • Shop Name (dropdown selection)

  3. Click Submit to save the changes.

Note: Ensure the information entered matches the currency and unit settings configured in the platform.

Reassigning a Sale

To Transfer a Sale to Another Ambassador:

  • Open the profile of the ambassador currently assigned the sale.

  • Click on Add/Remove Sale to access the list of sales associated with the ambassador.

  • Before removing, note the sale details (e.g., order number, date, quantity, and transaction amount) for reference.

  • Select the sale item and click Remove Selected to delete the sale.

  • Locate the ambassador to whom the sale should be reassigned by navigating to their profile.

  • In their Add/Remove Sale section, enter the sale details under Attribute Sale and click Submit.

Tip: Always verify the details during reassignment to ensure accurate updates and avoid discrepancies.
