Managing an Ambassador’s Personal Information

How to access and update an ambassador’s personal information.

Introduction

  • Purpose: This article provides instructions on how to view and edit an ambassador’s personal information in the system.

  • Context: Program administrators may need to update ambassador details directly. Any changes made to the ambassador profile will automatically reflect in their dashboard.

Accessing and Editing Ambassador Information

  1. Navigate to Ambassador Profile

    • Go to Ambassador Management > Ambassador List.

    • Use the Filter option to locate the ambassador whose details need to be updated.

  2. Edit Personal Information

    • In the User Data section:

      • Click on Edit.

      • Update the necessary fields, such as:

        • First Name, Last Name

        • Phone Number

        • Address (Line 1, Line 2, City, State, ZIP Code, Country)

      • Click Update to save the changes.

Note: Any changes made to the ambassador's profile will immediately reflect in their dashboard.

  • Ensure accuracy when updating personal information to avoid miscommunication or errors.

  • Encourage ambassadors to keep their details updated in their dashboard.

  • Use the Filter feature to quickly locate ambassadors with incomplete or outdated information.
