Introduction
- Purpose: This article explains how to create feed posts to share important updates, program rules, benefits, and FAQs with ambassadors. 
- Context: Feed posts are configures in the SocialLadder platform under Community > Feeds. Once published, they will appear in the ambassador dashboard. 
Steps to Create a Feed Post
- Navigate to Feed Posts - Go to Community > Feeds in the SocialLadder platform. 
- Click on Tiles tab 
- Click Create to start a new feed post. 
 
- Fill Out Feed Post Details - Complete the following fields: - Feed Name: Add a clear, descriptive title for the post. 
- Text Overlay: Enter the visible title that appears in orange on the feed tile. 
- Image: Upload a thumbnail image to represent the post visually. 
- Date: Set the Start Date and End Date to define when the post will be visible in the ambassador dashboard. 
- Feed Type: - Internal: Upload a document from your computer. 
- External: Add a link to an online document or webpage. 
 
- Segment: Choose which ambassador group(s) will see this post. 
 - Tip: Use Save as Draft if you need to return to it later, or click Save + Activate to publish it immediately. 
- View the Feed Tile 
Best Practices/Tips
- Use clear and informative titles to ensure the post's purpose is obvious. 
- Add visually engaging images to help ambassadors quickly recognize key information. 
- Regularly update feed posts to keep content relevant and ambassadors engaged.
