Introduction
Purpose: This article explains how to cancel an ambassador invitation and what happens after it's canceled.
Context: Canceling an invite invalidates the Welcome link previously sent to the ambassador. If the ambassador needs to reapply or join the program, a new invitation must be sent.
Steps to Cancel an Invitation
Navigate to the Invitations Section
Go to Recruiting > Ambassador Invite > View Details
Select Invitations to Cancel
Find the ambassador(s) whose invitation you want to cancel.
Select the checkbox next to their name.
Cancel the Selected Invitations
Click Cancel Selected Invites to complete the process.
Important Notes
Canceling an invite invalidates the Welcome link, preventing the ambassador from joining.
The ambassador will only be able to join the program if a new invitation is sent.

Double-check the list: Ensure you're canceling the correct.invites to avoid accidental removal.
