Introduction
- Purpose: This guide walks you through the process of creating automatic rewards for conversions driven by your ambassadors. 
- Context: When tracking conversion, you can compensate ambassadors in different ways, such as providing points commission, dollar commissions, or rewards. 
How to Create Rewards
- Access SL Admin Portal 
- Click on Compensation → Rewards 
- Click the + CREATE button at the top-left corner to open the Reward Wizard. 
- On the Name page enter the information below and click 'Next'. 
- On the Description page, enter the info: 
- On the Units page: 
- On the Point & Cost page, select the option ‘By conversion referral’. 
- On Dates, define key dates for reward visibility and redemption: 
- On Redemption page, select one of the following options for how ambassadors can redeem the reward: 
 
 
 - Option A: Automated Code Emailed 
 - Option B: Automated Email to Fulfiller with Redeemer on Copy - Notify the fulfiller and ambassador via email. 
- Enter the fulfiller’s name and email address. 
 
 
 
 
- On Advanced page, enter the options as bellow: 
- On the Finish page, review all reward details for accuracy. Choose one of the following: 
- Click Submit to finalize. 
Once you have created the reward for conversion compensation, continue to the next step.
Step 2 - How to Setup Rewards for Compensation
- Create a Conversion Campaign according to the instructions on this tutorial. 
- On the Compensation Rules page, select the following options: 
- Hit Submit. 
Best Practices
- Make sure to have enough reward units to the Ambassador Program, so you don't run out of rewards for compensating the ambassador for referrals. 
- Provide clear information on the Instructions instructions field, so to the ambassador so they know why they have redeemed this reward. 
- Include information on your Ambassador Handbook and the Welcome Email so ambassadors know what are the compensation for new referrals.
