Context: As new applications come in, it's essential to track their details and status. The Review Applicants Section allows you to view, filter, and manage applications efficiently.
Navigating the Review Applicants Section
The Review Applicants Section can be found under Recruiting > Review Applicants.
Within this section, you'll find the following tabs:
Pending: Displays applications awaiting review.
Qualified: Lists applicants who have been pre-approved but not yet invited.
Invited: Shows ambassadors who have been accepted and notified.
Requires Attention: Highlights applications needing immediate action (e.g., the applicant is already invited).
Viewing and Filtering Applications
View Applicant Information:
Each applicant's profile includes:
Personal details: Name, email, age, and location
UGC Score and Engagement Rates across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)
Social media account status (verified/unverified)
Filter Applications:
Use the filter option at the top to search for specific applicants.
Quick Tip:
Change the filter in the Invited tab to All, so you can locate all invited applicants.
Best Practices/Tips
Regularly review the Pending Tab to ensure timely responses to applicants.
Use the Requires Attention tab to quickly identify and resolve flagged applications.
Check applicant UGC Scores and Engagement Rates to make data-driven decisions.
