Requesting Access to a Creator's Account
As an agency, you can request access to a managed creator's SocialTalk account, allowing you to manage their influencer marketing activities directly from your own workspace.
Requirements
Before requesting access, make sure that:
Your organization has an active SocialTalk subscription.
The creator has already been added to your My Influencers section.
How to Request Access
Share your SocialTalk account email address with the creator.
Ask the creator to grant you access by following the steps described in this article:
Granting Access to Your Agency or ManagerOnce the creator confirms the request, access is granted immediately.
Where Can I Access the Creator's Information?
When access has been granted, a new Full Access button will appear on the creator's profile.
From there, you can access and manage the creator's account without needing their credentials.
What Can I Do?
Once you have been granted access, you can:
View and edit the creator's Account Details.
View and edit the creator's Payment Settings.
View all available Briefings and accept or decline them on the creator's behalf.
Access the creator's performance across campaigns managed through SocialTalk, including campaigns created by other brands or agencies.
This allows agencies and representatives to manage creators efficiently while enabling creators to retain full control, since they can revoke access at any time.
Access Revoked
Creators can remove your access whenever they choose.
If this happens, the Access button will no longer be available on the creator's profile, and you will immediately lose access to their account.
