Marketing Collections: Complete Setup Guide
Overview
Marketing Collections is a powerful feature that allows you to showcase selected menu items without creating new menus. You can group items from across multiple menus into custom collections, making it easy to highlight specific items on your website. This guide will walk you through understanding, creating, and customizing Marketing Collections on your website.
What is a Marketing Collection?
Marketing Collections enable you to:
- Create custom groupings of items from multiple menus
- Highlight specific items like best sellers
- Feature special items for events or occasions
- Showcase items for specific purposes (game day specials, corporate catering, etc.)
Creating a Marketing Collection
Follow these steps to create your first Marketing Collection:
1. Navigate to the Menus section
2. Locate 'Marketing Collections' in the top right
3. Click 'Create Collection'
4. Enter a name for your collection
5. (Optional) Add a description and photo
6. Click 'Add menu items'
7. Select items from your existing menus
- Use the search function or scroll to browse
- Items display with menu name, section name, and price
8. Click OK to save your collection
Adding a Marketing Collection to Your Website
To display your Marketing Collection:
1. Go to Website > Pages
2. Select your target page
3. Click "Customize Page Design"
4. Click "Add Section"
5. Scroll to find "Marketing Collection" (alphabetically ordered)
6. Click "Add"

Layout Options
Layout Type
- Slider: Creates a continuous horizontal scroll of items
- Grid (2 columns): Displays items in two vertical columns
- Grid (3 columns): Displays items in three vertical columns
- Grid (4 columns): Displays items in four vertical columns
Note: With 8 items in a 4-column grid, you'll see 2 rows of 4 items
Autoplay in Slider Layout
- Available only with Slider layout
- Automatically rotates items when the page loads

Add Tilt Animation

Hide Description
- Removes menu item descriptions
- Creates a more streamlined appearance
Price Display
- Hide Price: Completely removes price display
- Show Price Without Cents: Removes decimal places
Order Button
- Hide Order Now Button: Removes add-to-cart functionality
- Order Button Text: Customize button text
Section Text Configuration
Text Alignment
- Choose between left, center, or right alignment
- Affects all text elements in the section

- Hide Collection Name: Conceals internal collection name
- Hide Collection Description: Removes collection description
