SocioConnect Integrates with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Google My Business. It's important to understand what demographics are most active each social network and if they match your target audience.

Facebook

Facebook has the largest audience of all social networks. It also has very powerful advertising capabilities to reach an even greater audience. It is probably the most versatile of the networks. You can post everything from community-related content and informational content to promotions or some light-hearted posts.
The Facebook algorithm also loves video content, so try sharing some in-store videos using your phone.

Instagram

Instagram is best for sharing visual content and eye-catching images – think of it as your one-stop shop to see the best bits of your store, like an online gallery. It has a slightly younger demographic than Facebook.

Video content also works very well on Instagram in the form of reels and stories. Short but sweet consistent updates work very well on Instagram stories, these can then be added as a highlight to your profile. Photos of your store, staff and branded content work well on your profile grid.

Google Business Profile

Google My Business is a free business profile on Google Maps and Search. It's a great tool for any business, especially if your business has a physical location.

Twitter

Twitter is best used for snappy, quick and to-the-point content. The 280-character limit means shorter and more precise tweets are what work best for shareable content. Short updates of your industry, information on your business and retweets of community tweets work well here.
