Social Performance
Social Performance is where you will track the success of your channels and posts, whether that's local level posting or content from HQ.
To find this section, click on the chart icon along the left side of your screen.
Data Filters
Filters along the top of the Social Performance screen allow you to select a specific date range to view, as well as narrowing down which locations or groups are displayed.
Downloading Reports
To enable downloading data, Social Performance has a Download Report button in the top right corner.
Within are two options:
Performance Overview is a nicely formatted PDF of your figures from the date range selected in Social Performance, ideal for turning into a Slide presentation or presenting to your team.
Posts Performance is a CSV (Spreadsheet) export of all posts within the given period, along with columns for Reach, Engagement, and every other available figure.

Below a list of all individual reports within the Social Performance section, and quick explanations to get you started.
Website Traffic (Visitors)
Website Traffic displays the number of visitors to your website over the selected period, and reflects and increase of decrease from the equivalent preceding period.

Website Conversions
Website Conversions indicated the number of visitors who completed a designated action on your website (for example making a booking) within the selected period, and compares (+ / -) to the preceding period.

Calls From Source
The number of people who have called your phone number from Facebook and Google in the given period.
Found Directions
The number of people who have gotten directions from your connected GoogleMyBusiness and Facebook pages.
Social Engagements
Engagements are reactions, comments, shares, etc from users to your posts in the selected period, and compared to the previous period.
Total Page Likes (Fans)
The number of Fans who have liked your page within the selected period, along with a positive or negative number reflecting growth or loss.
Total Posts
A simple record of the total number of posts on your selected channels during the designated time frame.
Post Reach
This shows the number of people your posts reached over the selected time period and shows an increase/decrease vs the previous period.
Engagement Rate (Actions/Fans)
The result of a useful formula to help you track the amount of engagement your content is generating.
(Post likes + post comments + post shares) / Fan Count * 100 / (# of posts in timeframe) to give your average engagement rate over the period and comparison vs the previous period.
Paid VS Organic
This shows the number of people your posts reached organically vs those reached with paid ads.
Channels Performance
This graph shows the number of actions by date, and can be manipulated to just include the specific action types you're interested in; useful for correlating results against one another, like Post Likes vs Website Traffic.
Online Conversions
This is the number of people who've completed an action on your website and shows the comparison vs the previous period e.g online bookings.

Website Traffic
The number of website visitors over the selected time frame and shows any increase or decrease compared to the previous period.

Top Contributors
These are posts which can be directly correlated to an uplift in business.

A handy visual overview of how your channels are performing on each network.
