Product links get removed when a brand or TikTok stops a product from being promoted. This usually happens on the TikTok and seller side, and Soco can't restore a removed link. If a link changed and you didn't change it, message us in the app chat and we'll look at it with you.
Common reasons a link disappears
A brand or TikTok removes or disables a product link when:
The affiliate campaign is paused or ended.
The product goes out of stock.
Creator permissions are turned off.
The campaign switches from open to invite-only.
The brand removes links from older videos.
When that happens, TikTok automatically removes the product link from your videos.
What you can do
You have three options, in order:
Contact the seller directly and ask whether the campaign is still active and linking is allowed again.
Check TikTok Shop to see if the product is still available to promote. If it becomes available again, you can relink it to your video.
If the campaign is closed, find another product to promote. Soco's job here is helping you replace removed links with active higher-commission opportunities.
