How to use the billing portal

If you have trouble logging in to your online account or resetting your password, These are the possible reasons:
a. You are using the wrong email address to reset your password. Try using any other email you may have used at sign up.
b. Your email for your password reset may have been sent to your spam or your junk folder. Check both of those inboxes also.
When you reset your password to your Online account. This Does NOT reset your password to your Drivemob login for your apps. Reseting the password give you access to your online account so that you can look up your password to Drivemob in your online account. See below "Looking up Passwords"

a. Log into the billing portal, See Above number one if you need help with that. You will come to a page that lists your Active Products. Then scroll down the page.
b. Click on your Product under Product and services.

d. There you will see your username. Click "show" to see your password
