Jellyfin Logging in and troubleshooting

Jellyfin has been replaced with LimePie. So we really recommend you switch to the new service. If you would like to switch to the new service. Please reply to us, and ask us to give your information to to an agent.

If you want to keep Jellyfin here is how to troubleshoot it.

Logging in:

  • To log in to Jellyfin, install it from the Softbox App store. Use this server URL: titan.saturn.colocolo.xyz

  • Choose login with password. Use your Drivemob user and password. You can find that info here: HERE

Sound issue with Jellyfin

  • Go to the Settings gear at the top right of Jellyfin. Then choose: Playback.

  • Then Go down to Audio Output and change to: Downmix to Stereo.
    This happens because the audio output is 5.1 surround on some movies and series and your speaker can not understand the signal.

Jellyfin red line Error

If Jellyfin is saying it can no longer be used unless updated, and It has a red line Error accross the screen do this:

3. Log in using your User and Pass to Drivemob. If you don't know it you can look it up here: https://boxhelpers.zohodesk.com/portal/en/kb/articles/lookup-your-password

IMPORTANT Now go to the Google Play store. Click on the profile circle on the top right. Go down to Settings. Go to Auto-Update apps, Choose: Don't auto-update apps.
