How do I cancel my membership?

All cancellation requests must be submitted via a ticket request through our chat at least 30 days before the start of your next auto-renewal. All memberships will continue to auto-renew until they are cancelled, regardless of the initial commitment period (if applicable).

If you wish to cancel a 6- or 12-month membership, there is an associated early cancellation fee, subject to any applicable Consumer Right to Cancellation. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
