All monthly memberships, including those without a 6- or 12-month commitment, renew monthly from the date you sign up for your membership. You will be billed on the same day of each month until you cancel your membership.

How do I change the credit card used for membership payments?
To update your payment method, please follow these steps:
Open the [solidcore] app
Go to your ‘Account’ by selecting the three lines at the top left corner
Tap on the ‘Billing’ tab at the top of the screen
Here, you can update your billing information, ensuring all future purchases, including your membership payments, are charged to your new card on file
After updating your billing details, tap the blue ‘update’ button at the bottom of the screen to save your information before closing the app
How do I stop my membership from auto-renewing?
Standard Memberships:
Cancellations can be made by submitting a cancellation ticket via our chat. You are responsible for terminating your membership at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled auto-pay. Otherwise, the membership will renew indefinitely. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
Committed Memberships:
During your six-month or one-year commitment, if you wish to upgrade/downgrade your membership, your commitment timeline will start over. If you wish to cancel your membership prior to the completion of your six-month or 12-month commitment, subject to the 30-day notice, you will incur an early termination fee. Committed/Committed+ memberships can be canceled by submitting a cancellation ticket at least 30 days' prior to the start of your next auto-renewal.

Do class credits roll over?
