Who is eligible for this deal?

Clients who are brand new to [solidcore] and have never made any other purchase or taken a class at [solidcore]. If this is not your first purchase or you've previously taken a [solidcore] class either through a direct or third-party booking (eg: ClassPass, Wellhub), you will not be able to purchase this offer; it will not show on the website or app.

Are there any additional fees associated with the New Client 2-week Unlimited offer?

There are no inherent fees associated with the New Client 2-week Unlimited, however class cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, found here. If you cancel or no-show a class with less than 10-hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

When does this offer activate?

This deal activates at the time of purchase. While trials typically activate at the time of purchase, you can request a specific future start date. For example, if you want to begin your 2-week unlimited on a particular date, you can coordinate this with the [solidcore] team by emailing your home studio. This flexibility allows you to plan your trial around your availability.

Am I automatically signed up for a membership after the trial period?

The New Client 2-week Unlimited offer does not automatically transition into any type of recurring membership.

If you're interested in becoming a member, we have some great options available. If you take 4 or more classes using the 2-week introductory offer, you are eligible for 15% off our full price month-to-month memberships; you will receive more details about this offer via email when you complete 4+ classes. We also offer a Committed+ membership which offers a 25% discount with a one year commitment; this can be purchased via the app or website.
