Membership Perks: Travel Pass

All [solidcore] unlimited members* receive two complimentary travel passes per month, on a rolling 30-day basis. These can be used to take class at any studio nationwide, even those with a higher price point than your home market.

To use your travel passes:

  • Open the [solidcore] app and select “book”

  • Select the studio location by using the filters in the top right hand of the booking tab

  • Choose your preferred class and hit book

  • Select $0 “travel perk pass” as your pricing option to finalize your booking

  • Travel passes are only available for active Unlimited memberships. If your membership is a Monthly 4/8/12, frozen, has not yet activated, or defaulted due to a missed payment/other reason, this perk will not be available until your membership is active.

  • The free buddy class is available on a rolling 30-day basis. Confirm when you last used this perk in the app by toggling to Purchases - History. You’ll see the “single buddy pass” and date the perk was redeemed (rather than when your guest took class).

  • Make sure you are logged into the app under the correct location - this should be your home market

    • To confirm that you are in your home market, open the [solidcore] app

    • Select "book" from the bottom menu

    • Click the human icon on the upper right-hand side

    • Toggle between different markets using "select account" and choose your home market, if applicable

  • If you have multiple [solidcore] accounts, this can cause problems using your membership. Please confirm that you are logged into the account that has the active membership available.

    • To confirm that you are in the correct account, open the [solidcore] app and select “purchases/packages” from the left-hand menu

    • Your membership will show under “active” purchases

    • If you do not see your membership, please try logging in with alternate email addresses you may have used to create your account
