What should I wear to class?

We recommend wearing athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion and won’t get caught in the equipment. Grip socks are encouraged for added stability and safety. Remember, when you feel good in your gear, you can fully focus on your workout, so wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable! And don’t forget to bring water and a small towel to stay refreshed throughout class.
